Jamie Carragher, he’s always been rubbish

Jamie Carragher has never been a good player.
Throughout his career he has been carried by his other centre half who has to cover for Carragher’s reckless surges forward in his attempts to break a players legs or when he tries to unnecessarily head a ball on the other side of the pitch just to prove that he is “hard”.
That’s the problem with Carragher, he is an arrogant self-obsessed prick. His main concern is to make himself look like the fans hero, instead of actually trying to play football well and helping out the rest of his team. If you have ever seen him pass it is one of the most unnatural things you will ever see, it’s as if he is shitting a lego garage at the same time.
What Carragher did have though, was a sense of being fucking mental. This irritated and repressed anger was as noticeable as a black person in a private school in America. If you were an opposing forward, at any time during the match, you knew that you could be getting an elbow to the face, a punch in the crotch or a stud in the knee. He was good at this side of the game, as that is what he is best at; being a cunt.
He was so good at it in fact, he ended up playing fucking right back. Who the fuck thought of that? Where is the rationality of putting your scariest barstard who has the first touch of Boris Johnson’s after night out shits and the pace of your grandmother up the stairs when her stammer lift isn’t working.
This would only happen in England or Scandinavia. Nowhere else would be as defence minded and plain fucking negative as us lot. Somehow though, everyone thought it was a fucking brilliant idea and he ended up playing there for England. That is what is wrong with English football. If he had played against Germany, the score would have been 8-1 not 4-1, be fucking grateful.
When Liverpool had Sami Hyypia though, they got by. Not because Carragher was good when he was younger, but because of the sheer fucking brilliance of Hyypia. Sami is one of the best centre halfs of the Premier League era. His composed passing and awareness would have meant that he would not only have looked at home at Barcelona, but would have excelled. He probably would have done if he didn’t have the “people’s player” shit to constantly clean up. Even when he went to Bayern Leverkusen, after everyone in Liverpool thought his career was finished and that he had become shit, he hadn’t just Carragher was about more, he went and got voted as the best defender for the 2009/2010 Bundesliga season.
Now though, Carragher has nobody to clean up his the shit that he often creates in Liverpool’s defence. Pepe Reina is good, but he isn’t good enough to keep out Carraghers random attempts on his own goal or his allowance of 2 of the opposition players to have space inside Liverpool’s penalty area. Unfortunately Skrtel is just the same as Carragher, whereas Agger is normally injured and isn’t as good as he needs to be to make up for Carragher’s flaws anyway.
All the players know he is shit as well now; no-one is scared anymore. He has lost the only thing that he had and, after losing even more pace, he has become a joke. He is a liability and without him Liverpool are a better side. However, he is undroppable. The Liverpool fans, once they have, singled out a player as “theirs” or as a Kop hero, will never let him go. They will subjectively look at his performances blaming everyone else, apart from the born and bred scouser for his mistakes.*
They will do this for Gerrard as well. In the next 5 games when he plays like a worn out Djimi Traore, they’ll constantly point to the=at free kick he scored against Manchester United saying, “he’s still got it though hasn’t he?”.
At least Gerrard did have it though. Carragher never has, and he is only getting worse.
