Roberto Mancini is a complicated man. For instance, sometimes he thinks that trying to influence a referee is bad, and sometimes he thinks it’s alright. It’s the kind of complicated you might find in a cat given two bowls of food to himself – which one he’ll go for, we just don’t know. Anyway, because of that, we’ve entered his mind and poured out his January spending plans into the form of a flowchart, because you people like pictures. There’s nothing we can do about that, it’s just the way things are.
